food has been an ongoing challenge that Cathy has not given
up on. She appears at shows, markets, TV and gives educational
talks, and never gives up on  her
tireless message which is important to nutritional health.
Through inspirational story telling and an incredible sense of humour, Cathy has raised the level of awareness about environmental conservation. Cathy's thought provoking style of speaking inspires indiviuals to take action and do something.
