Wiggly Wonder

Grade 4 students from Maple Creek Public School got up close and personal with some live and wiggly worms Tuesday.
Students at the eco-friendly school celebrated Earth Day by learning about the slimy friends with Cathy Nesbitt of Cathy’s Crawly Composters, having a recycling race, talking bike safety, exploring a Viva bus and planting a tree.
Staff from the York Region Earth Week Committee helped to plan the great green celebration.
