Composters, is launching a
new venture, that's every
bit as squirmy and crawly
as her vermicomposting
business.
She now offers "Worm
Birthday Parties" -
bringing her tales of red
wriggler worms and
vermicomposting kits to the
kids' level.
Nesbitt recently organized a
party for Ben's 7th Birthday
- leading mom Elizabeth to
write, "What a marvellous
party! And one that will
stand out In my children's
memories forever! Ben
had a wonderful time and is enjoying his worm
farm - it is a draw to the
neighbourhood children, as
they "ooh" and "aah" over
it."
The one negative: "You
MUST know your name is
now "The Worm Lady" to
the children."
Nesbitt doesn't mind. In
fact, she calls herself "the
Worm Lady", in her mission
to persuade Canadians to
get over the "ick" factor and
learn to "love a worm - they
are angels of the earth."

about worms - did you
know they have5 hearts? -
plus mini-vermicomposting
kits for each child, instead
of a Loot Bag, and a 4
gallon starter kit, complete
